Q. Can these homes be placed on a foundation?
A. Yes, our mini mansions are considered accessory dwelling units and are designed to be placed on a foundation and not intended for mobile use.

Q. Where can I place my mini mansion?
A. Check your local zoning requirements for placement of ADU’s (Accessory Dwelling Units).

Q. How can I check availability?
A. Contact us to see if any of the houses are already available to purchase or if you will need to get a new build.

Q. How long do these take to build a home?
A. Current lead team is 6-8 weeks on a new home if no homes are currently available for purchase.

Q. Do appliances come with these homes?
A. Yes, each home comes with standard kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, and stovetop) as well as hookups for laundry.

Q. Is furniture included?
A. Furntiture not included in base price, but can be added to the total if desired. You can also find our suggested furniture and decor choices on our Furnishings Page.

Q. Can I customize my home?
A. You can select from the three layouts given and choose from a selection of paint and/or wallpaper options. No structural changes are offered at this time.

Q. How can I pick up and transport my home?
A. We currently partner with Southwestern Transport to move homes. We will put you in touch with them or another mover who will transport your home, place, and level it for you.

Q. What’s the process for buying a mini mansion?
A. We will schedule a time that is convenient for you to discuss your options and tour the home you are interested in purchasing or having built. To reserve your home, a 5% deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days. We can hold your home for up to 30 days, with the remaining balance due at that time by cashier’s check or bank wire transfer.
